New Web Hosting Accounts Setup Fast

Once we receive your paid web hosting order, we will setup your new web hosting account right away. One of our experienced technicians will your new order by hand. We create all new accounts manually for a two primary reasons:

  • Prevent Fraud: Unfortunately about 10% of our orders are placed with fraudulent credit cards. To prevent these criminals from getting access to our servers we hand screen every order. We don't want them on our servers, and I'm sure our paying customers don't either.
  • Ensure Correctness: Even the best automated setup script can have problems. That is why we setup every order manually and ensure that it is working before we send out the web hosting account email.

Most of our new orders are setup within a 1 to 3 hours of being received. In some circumstances (high order volume, high support ticket volume, questionable credit card payment, etc) your order may take up to 12 hours to process.
