Easy Upgrades

Over time, your web site will grow, and so will your web hosting needs.

If you outgrow your web hosting plan - its easy to upgrade. There are two options for upgrading your account:

• Upgrade to a New Plan: If upgrading to bigger plan is the best option for you, simply order the new, bigger plan and make a note in your new order that you are just upgrading your account. We will cancel billing for your old plan and upgrade your plan to the new web hosting plan you selected.
• Upgrade your Existing Plan: If you just need additional disk space or data transfer, you can select to upgrade your existing plan. To do so, just place the order for the upgrade you wish to add on at our Web Hosting Upgrade page.

There are no upgrade fees or account change fees. The only thing you pay is the price for the new plan or for the upgrade.

Downgrading Your Hosting Plan

Do you have a web hosting plan thats too large? Want to save a few bucks a month?

Downgrading your account is just as simple as upgrading. Simply follow the same process listed above, pick a new plan, and place an order for the new smaller plan. Be sure to note that you are simply downgrading your account.

We will process your new order, downgrade your account and then cancel your old billing so you aren't charged for the old plan.

Just like upgrading, there are no special fees for downgrading your account. We don't penalize you for needing to make changes.
