NeoMail

NeoMail is a robust full featured webmail solution. Neomail is very fast, is highly configurable and includes useful features to make managing your e-mail easier. Here are some of the key features of Neomail:

  • Send or Receive Mail with Attachments: There are no limits on the size or type of attachments you can send or receive with Neomail.
  • User Friendly Interface: Neomail uses a fast, clutter free interface that is simple and intuitive to use. In addition it can be customized with a selection of different styles to meet your own tastes and needs.
  • Organize Mail in Folders: Neomail supports multiple user-created folders and includes default folders like SENT and TRASH.
  • Highly Configurable: Configure everything about Neomail, including number of messages displayed on a page, display language, standard signatures, and interface styles.
  • Personal Address Books: Neomail includes an address book which is easily accessible when writing messages. You can even import address books from Outlook Express or Netscape Mail in CSV format.

Horde

We are now including Horde with all of our web hosting plans. Horde offers more features than NeoMail including:

  • Notebook: Using the Notebook you can jot down important notes for safe keeping and review later.

SquirrelMail

SquirrelMail is now standard on all of our web hosting plans. SquirrelMail is a very powerful and feature rich web mail client. We have installed the latest version of SquirrelMail 1.4.x - including all of the standard Squirrelmail plug ins.

Squirrelmail does everything that you expect in a webmail client, plus a lot more. Here is just a small sample of the additional features that we install with SquirrelMail:

  • Manage multiple e-mail addresses: SquirrelMail can be configured to download mail from multiple e-mail accounts. This allows you to view all of your e-mail from every e-mail account all in one place.
  • Advanced Spam Filtering: SquirrelMail includes the ability to block spam based on more than 20 different spam black list services like SpamCop, SpamHaus and many more.
  • Spellchecking: Never send another message with a misspelling.
  • Automatic Message Translation: SquirrelMail can automatically translate international messages for you. If you do business with individuals who don't speak english well, or at all, this can be a big help in crossing the language barrier.

For maximum accessibility, we have setup SquirrelMail to run over the standard web port 80. As you may know if you've used CPanel before, the CPanel web mail clients do not operate on the standard web port. This makes them hard to access behind a company fire wall or proxy server. But, since we have installed SquirrelMail on the standard web port 80 - you will be able to access your mail anywhere you can access the web - even if you are behind a fire wall.
